In Colibri, an agenda is basically a list of talking points that you’re planning to discuss during the meeting. Prepare your agendas in advance to come to your meetings prepared and effectively achieve your goals.
Note: If you want to have a reusable agenda for a recurring meeting, we recommend creating a template. Learn more here.
Building an agenda
Step 1. Go to the Agendas page and click + New agenda
Step 2. Add a meeting title, meeting details (optional) and agenda items.
Step 3. Add the meeting date and time. This way the right agenda will automatically appear at the top of the screen when you open the Colibri app during the meeting.
Step 4. Click Create. The agenda will appear in the My agendas list.
Note: When you use an agenda during the meeting, it will be attached to the meeting transcript and will disappear from the list on the agenda page.
Editing an agenda
Step 1. Go to the Agendas page and open the agenda you want to edit.
Step 2. Click Edit and make the changes you want.
Step 3. Click Save changes.
Note: At the moment, you can’t edit agendas during the meeting.
Deleting an agenda
Step 1. Go to the Agendas page.
Step 2. Click on the three-dots menu next to the agenda you want to delete.
Step 3. Click Delete and confirm this action.
Using an agenda during the meeting
Step 1. Open the Colibri app during the meeting.
Step 2. Start transcription.
Step 3. Go to the Agenda tab and choose an agenda.
Step 4. Check off agenda items as you go. The agenda will appear next to the meeting transcript after the meeting.
Reviewing agenda after the meeting
Step 1. Go to your Colibri workspace and choose a conversation you want to review.
Step 2. The agenda will be displayed next to the transcript. You can click on the timestamps next to the completed agenda items to quickly jump to the part of the meeting where a particular topic was discussed.
