Colibri transcribes your conversations and generates an AI summary and a list of next steps after each meeting. In this article, you'll learn how to automatically send these AI-generated meeting notes to your inbox.

What information will be included in your Meeting Summary email?
- Meeting title
- AI Summary: Colibri AI, working in tandem with ChatGPT, automatically generates a concise summary of your conversation after each meeting.
- AI-generated next steps (beta): If Colibri identifies action items in your conversation, they'll be sent to you in the AI Meeting Summary email.
- Link to meeting recording & transcript: The link leads to the meeting page in Colibri. Only you (the meeting owner) and people with Admin and Viewer rights from your Colibri team can access your meeting using this link.
Enabling AI Meeting Summary emails
Follow these simple steps to enable this feature:
- Log into your Colibri account.
- Go to Settings → My account.
- Scroll to Email notifications.
- Turn on the toggle for Meeting summaries.
- Don't forget to click the Save button at the bottom of the page to apply your changes.
After enabling this feature, you will receive an email containing an AI-generated summary after every meeting.
Disabling AI meeting summary emails
If you wish to stop receiving these AI-generated meeting summaries via email, you can do so by following these steps:
- Log into your Colibri account.
- Go to Settings → My account.
- Scroll to Email notifications.
- Turn off the toggle for Meeting summaries.
- Don't forget to click the Save button at the bottom of the page to apply your changes.
